The Heavy Duty Leather Halter is made with 1 1/8" inch wide extra heavy, American made Wickett & Craig show harness leather and solid brass hardware. It features a double buckle crown, fixed chin, rolled throat, and snap at the throat. The Heavyweight halter is oiled for durability, and it is soft, supple and ready to use immediately. This halter is a robust, heavy halter created for training or track use - it's not your everyday turnout halter.  Includes engraved brass plate in Block Caps font and attachment to halter.

The lacquer-coated brass nameplate can be engraved with up to two lines. Each line can hold a maximum of 25 or fewer characters, including spaces. Choose a lettering style and enter the text to be engraved:

  • Roman capitals
  • Roman upper- and lowercase
  • Roman three
  • Block capitals
  • Block upper- and lower-case
