Frequently Asked Questions

Payout is based on the final selling price of each individual item. You will receive 75% of the selling price for items priced over $500, 50% for items priced between $ 50 - $ 499.  Items priced under $ 50 will be purchased outright for 25% of the selling price. 

Yes, but an early pickup fee may apply depending on the item type. For saddles, a $75 early pickup fee per saddle will apply if removed before 90 days. For standard consignment items, a $10 early pickup fee per item will apply if the item is picked up before 120 days. 

Items should be clean, gently used, and in excellent working condition. We reserve the right to decline items that don't meet our quality standards.

We do not accept helmets, safety equipment, heavily worn items, or items with significant damage, excessive wear, odors, or cracking.

We also do not accept outdated or out-of-season styles with limited resale demand.

You can track active items, sold items, and available payouts through your consignment portal account.

Payouts can be requested through the portal at any time once eligible items have sold.

Consignment intake is currently available through our Columbus location during normal store hours.

Unsold items must be picked up within 30 days after the consignment period ends. Items not picked up within that timeframe may become store property.
