The Physio Knee Brace should be used by active people who experience discomfort in their knee muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints due to overuse, general exercise, or common injuries such as ligament, tendon, and meniscal tears.
MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS:
Measure using a flexible measuring tape. Meauresurements are approximate.
Measure the circumference of your knee 5" above the center of the kneecap and compare this measurement with the chart to determine your size. Choose the size closest to your measurement.
