Measure using a flexible measuring tape. Meauresurements are approximate.
Measure the circumference of your waist where the brace would sit, and compare it to the table below. Measurements should be taken directly on the body by using a tape measure for best results. If you are in-between sizes, for a snug fit, order a size up or down.
