The Physio Wrist Brace should be used by active people who experience discomfort in their wrist muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints due to overuse, general exercise, or common injuries such as wrist sprains, muscle strains, and ligament and tendon tears.
MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS:
Measure using a flexible measuring tape.
- Make sure the palm of your hand is facing up
- Open your hand (doing so will ensure you get the real size of your wrist when it’s the largest)
- Snuggly wrap a measuring tape around your wrist
Choose the size closest to your measurement.
